 The musical chairs is an installation consisting of five chairs and a mechanical system activated by a motion detector. Taking off from the game of musical chairs, Sirine Fattouh breaks it’s rules, making the game impossible to play as the chairs fall in synchrony with the rhythm of an extract from Beethoven's Letter to Elise, which is inaudible to spectators.
